The room was generally a bit tatty and dated. There were no tv channels on the tv and an old tv bracket was on the wall but the tv was on a cupboard. Price was good and would stay again if flying from Stansted.

Tthe staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I felt very comfortable and at ease. The room was clean and tidy and well equipped. The best holiday inn l have ever stayed in.

The room was lovely, staff was excellent, everything nice and clean.
About the only negative I can say is the getting to the room can be a challenge. There are lots of stairs and narrow hallways. Some of the doors are old and short, I bumped my head a couple of times. But this is an old English building and was to be expected! Just know in advance if you are older and have heavy bags.
